If you decide that the e-commerce is really part of your life and you not see any other job front of you so you probably need to read this article, to sale online as you know is really hard and there are two different sellers the one that buy the stock and ship it from his hand and the one that sit at the computer and watch how everything happen from the logistic side. We are going to talk about the real sellers today.

These are the people to whom all the companies and vat number are belonged to. They are the one who face all issues with law and with money to cover the cost for operation. I believe these sellers are plenty in numbers but no one really hears about them because they have no time for social media and they just want to sell what they buy on the local market or global market in some cases.

Most of these sellers make the highest profit in business and that is because they have the different ways to control the cost price for the products. Real sellers take a lot of risk and pay for everything from their pocket including salary to employees, rent for large spaces, etc. Even when they face poor communication from customers, they always nod yes to them. You will see these real sellers talk very nicely with customers because they know in case of unhappy customers, they may face critical situations including account suspension.

To survive long on platforms like Amazon and eBay, it becomes very necessary to be a great seller as a reputation can save your account in case of suspension. From the first day when I started to deal online I never believed in the dropshipping business not because it is not good as some people are making a lot of money but I’m sure when they face the numbers the real sellers who make more profit then them.

We need to respect these sellers that are doing dropshipping as they probably work in another job and that operation brings them nice income. The first product I sold online was my iphone, the 3gs model. I remember once I sold that iphone I really felt bad to ship it for so less amount(pun intended). I sold that so quickly because I really want to see how it works when you sell something! So I signed into my oldest ebay and changed it to seller mode and upload auction for that iphone 3gs, I still remember, there was a competition with couple

bidders and once the item sold, it was sold to someone from indonesia (99%). He made payment through paypal for the item and after 3-4 days I took the device and wrap it and went to the post office and pay for the shipping and got tracking number, i remember when I got the tracking I was surprised that really I can track this and watch how is look like from my side until the buyer received it. It was my first transaction as I had never with online selling before as those days online shopping was not a popular trend. That was so cool to see how the item that was used by me,  someone paid for it and I saw online the delivery status and the buyer wrote a feedback too, which was proof of a perfect order. That was a time I saw potential in my eyes in real time and I realise that if I put many items online like that

way I can sale more than 1 item and I start to put anything I can from my mother house even if they was defected items or used items I always go with the authentic speech and say everything about the item, say the true with shown the all photos from any angle to make sure any user that saw my listing.

I know exactly what he is going to order, I also make sure to edit the shipping time to the best to make sure not to make any issue on the account. Everything was set for the new order and that was so fast to see more orders and more orders and the orders started to be something normal for me. I need to thank eBay for their mobile application because if the app had not existed, I’m not sure if I was able to sell online or nol. I don’t like the way to seat on pc when we play on ebay, ebay is great when you know how to use with their app and their safari mode (not sure if is still possible today with the m.mobile link, but there must be a way to use safari mode).

I remember how my mom watched me wrap packages and take photos from items at home. It was funny because my mother and father always watch me wired and I remember my father told me to leave that shit and start looking for a real job. I told my father to wait and watch how his son makes millions online. The first rule for me was to say everything about me, about the operation I offer and about the everything on the item I sale by writing authentic description with full pictures from any angle and if I saw any point or any defect on the item I was always mention that too much to make sure nothing will hurt me, that account name is Marcasbrands as you can see that account existing from 2009 and there are 0 negative feedback,  :- https://www.ebay.com/usr/marcasbrands

And it is a proof for many factors. First there are no bad people that try to affect you as a real seller, nobody scam you and nobody will write you something bad. If you act in an authentic way everything will be perfect. I never got any scam online and I made more than 100k transactions and shipped to individuals and I never got any scam. Only one time I got some pen from a buyer when I should have got shoes, so I called paypal and told them about it. When they saw my record as good seller without issues and they told me to go the police station and fill a claim then when they saw the claim, they was on the middle and pay me for the item and the buyer also got refund, and I’m still not want to think that buyer scam me, maybe it was mistake 🙂 I want to believe it was a mistake.

From time to time I start to see people that really watch me and follow me on ebay platforms and I start to understand the power of selling online. I start to sell items that do not belong to me, I mean I start to work with people on the market that do not have good sales on their store and merchants that have old stock or some no relevant stock ( winter goods in summer or summer goods in winter).

I used to work with a few merchants about their items and once I got sold I updated them and they kept it on the side for me. So that was really good idea to sale something that you never pay for and wait for the money from the buyer to buy the item from the merchant and ship it to the buyer, that was a really pure online transaction for me, that was not a drop shipping. Those connections are start to be with money interest and when those merchants saw how many I sale online their goods, they also understand the potential for the online business, we work together, they bring me fixed price for the items and I publish them at a higher price. Today we have around 20,000 items in the inventory.

80% of them are with connections from merchants that we connect to their stock and once we sell we pick up the items for ship out. The other 20% are returns and fba stocks.
